I am a mum and wife from Rudgwick, West Sussex. Since 1999 I have worked at Cranleigh Leisure Centre. I am a Level 4 Instructor, currently the highest level on the REP's Register (my member No is ROO34234). My credentials can be checked by visiting www.exerciseregister.org
I have a particular interest in functional movement, weight management and nutrition and back pain.
I am fully insured, St John Ambulance qualified and CRB checked.
